Your classification level under the Mannequins & Models Award determines your minimum pay rate. Being classified one level too low can cost you $2–4 per hour — more than $3,000 per year for a full-time worker.
Classification levels
Level 1Model Grade 1
Base rate: $25.44/hr · Casual: $31.80/hr
Level 2Model Grade 2
Base rate: $26.27/hr · Casual: $32.84/hr
Level 3Model Grade 3
Base rate: $27.04/hr · Casual: $33.80/hr
