Your classification level under the Banking & Finance Award determines your minimum pay rate. Being classified one level too low can cost you $2–4 per hour — more than $3,000 per year for a full-time worker.

Base rate: $28.12/hr · Casual: $35.15/hr
Base rate: $29.70/hr · Casual: $37.13/hr
Base rate: $31.19/hr · Casual: $38.99/hr
Base rate: $32.45/hr · Casual: $40.56/hr
Base rate: $36.35/hr · Casual: $45.44/hr
